Platform plans, offerings, and paid features are subject to applicable pricing, eligibility, and policy terms shown at checkout or application stage. Any service engagement between a user and coach remains subject to mutual agreement between those parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Gardeners Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or special damages arising from platform use, coach-client interactions, or reliance on user-generated profile information.
