With over 34 years in the manufacturing sector, including 15 years helm of affairs , I’ve seen how real leadership is built — not just through strategy and systems, but through integrity, empathy, and trust. My journey spans board roles in manufacturing and companies operating in different field including BFSI, trusteeships with charitable trusts, and co-founding a wellness centre focused on holistic growth and well-being.

As a Life, Leadership, and Transformation Coach, I partner with senior executives and business owners to lead with authenticity and purpose. My approach blends the discipline of manufacturing with the human depth of coaching — helping leaders reconnect with their values, navigate complexity, and inspire others through who they are, not just what they achieve.

I work with professionals across manufacturing, BFSI, IT, textiles, FMCG entrepreneurship, the armed forces, and academia. Known for being honest, grounded, and empathetic, I create reflective spaces where clarity turns into action.

Outside work, I follow my heart through pet parenting, exploring cosmic sciences, hosting Podcasts and immersing in music — hobbies that keep me curious, balanced, and attuned to the rhythms of life and leadership.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve learned to think beyond the obvious, often finding creative solutions when conventional routes seem closed. My passion for wellness, combined with certifications in nutrition and fitness, allows me to integrate holistic well-being into performance coaching—bringing alignment between life, leadership, and health.
My coaching philosophy centers around creating a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space where clients can be completely themselves—something many rarely find in their everyday environments. I believe that most surface-level challenges—whether in leadership, work-life balance, or relationships—are often rooted in deeper emotional patterns or limiting beliefs. This approach of coaching the person, not the problem, helps individuals uncover these hidden barriers and find the clarity and courage to move forward.
